Rental Fee
$200 Deposit will be charged the first day of your stay and will be refunded after unit is found in good condition
Sunday-Thursday - $325 per night / $275 if booking multiple nights
Friday - Saturday $400 per night / $350 if booking multiple nights
+Tax + $50 per night Cleaning Fee added to final bill
excessive damage or theft of property will be subject to lose of deposit & additional cost if damage is excessive
