We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays unless booked for a Full Buy-Out

All minimums listed below do not include tax or gratuity - a 25% gratuity will be added to all buy out final bills

All buy outs must be paid on maximum 2 cards (Exception - Full Bar buyouts multiple cards accepted)

All rentals, florals, personal items, misc event details must be off property by 12pm the following day

For the full patio and full buy-out packages we ask for a 30% deposit at the time of booking to hold the space.

You have up to to 2 weeks prior to cancel and receive your deposit back.

Patio:

Opening Hours Buy-Out (5-7pm / 60ppl) - $1500 Beverage Minimum

3 hr buy out ‘prime times’ ( 7-1pm / booking window ) - $1750 Beverage Minimum

End of Night Buy-Out ( 7-1am / 6 hours ) - $4000 Beverage Minimum

All day Buy out ( 5-close ) - $5000

Full-Bar:

Opening Hours Buy-Out ( 5-7pm ) - $3000

3 hr buy out ‘prime times’ ( 7-1pm / booking window ) - $6000 Beverage Minimum

All Day Full Buy out ( 5-1am )- $7000 Beverage Minimum

This cost holds guaranteed space + Wristband at the door

Patio Bartender ( Monday-Thursday/ Sunday ) - $200 fee

Bring in own Furniture rentals - $300 fee to clear/store our current furniture ( patio )

Inside furniture can be rearranged but not moved off-site

Apartment “The Hutch“ Rental Fee

$200 Deposit will be charged the first day of your stay and will be refunded after unit is found in good condition

Sunday-Thursday - $325 per night / $300 if booking multiple nights

Friday - Saturday $400 per night / $375 if booking multiple nights

+Tax + $50 per night Cleaning Fee added to final bill

excessive damage or theft of property will be subject to additional cost
